See the whole day at a glance
Sessions, sales channels and arrivals update live as tickets are sold and scanned, so the front desk, the gates and the office all work from the same numbers.
- Live sales per date and ticket type, online and at the desk
- A scan-in tracker that counts arrivals by ticket type and entrance
- A daily sales report sent automatically to the inboxes you choose

From the first booking to the last scan
This is how a typical day runs when every channel, gate and report sits in one system.
01 · Before opening
Recurring sessions are already live, each with its own price, capacity and sales window. Reminders have gone out to today’s guests by email or SMS.
02 · Doors open
Staff scan QR tickets on any phone, at several entrances at once. Volunteers use event keys, so nobody has to share a login.
03 · During the day
Walk-ins buy at the desk on Billetto POS, from the same capacity as online. The scan-in tracker shows who has arrived and who is still expected.
04 · After closing
The daily sales report lands in the inboxes you chose, and a follow-up email invites today’s guests back for another visit.
Fund the season before it opens
Staff, maintenance and marketing are paid long before peak season starts. With Billetto Prepayment on the Growth plan, available in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the UK, revenue from early sales becomes available 2 business days after each sale instead of after the event.
- Fee: 1% + VAT, powered by Adyen
- Payout schedule: daily on weekdays, weekly on Mondays or monthly on the first Monday
- Standard payouts: after each event, with a receipt that breaks down revenue and fees

What changes when it all runs on one system
Without one system
- Online shop, till and gate list each count capacity separately
- Staff share one login, or wait for someone who has it
- Arrivals are tallied by hand at the end of the day
- Sales figures arrive as exports from different tools
- Visitors leave, and nothing invites them back
With Billetto
- Online, desk and partner sales draw from one capacity
- Each role gets its own access, or an event key
- The scan-in tracker counts arrivals live, per entrance
- One daily sales report covers web and desk orders
- Follow-up emails and memberships bring guests back
Turn day visitors into members
Offer monthly, annual or one-off memberships with automatic recurring payments. Members get a membership QR code and codes that unlock member-only tickets, and you follow every active member on one dashboard.
Membership payments are paid out month by month, separately from ticket revenue, so recurring income is easy to track.
Give every role the right key
Seasonal staff and volunteers come and go. Billetto gives each of them exactly the access the job needs.
- Gate staff and volunteers scan or sell with an event key, with no login, and you decide whether they see sales figures
- Partners follow live sales without seeing sensitive details
- Finance views payouts, reports and taxes without the account owner’s login
- Developers connect your CRM or member system through the open API and webhooks

- Several entrances scanning at the same time
- Search guests by name when a ticket is missing
- A live count of who has arrived and who is still expected
- Event keys for volunteers, with no login needed
How opening hour runs
Each gate scans on its own device. The scan-in tracker shows arrivals per entrance, so you can move staff to wherever the queue builds.
