Start with one event. Grow as far as you like.
Live the same day
Grow at your own pace
Run the night like a pro
If you run it, you can sell tickets to it
Billetto works the same way whether you’re hosting twelve people in a borrowed studio or three hundred in a rented hall.
Pottery, yoga, coding, cooking or life drawing. Sell single sessions or one pass for the whole course, and ask about experience level when people book.
Cap the seats, add a ticket with wine pairing, and ask about dietary needs at checkout so the menu is sorted before anyone arrives.
Open with a cheap early-bird, keep a few tickets for the door, and let every buyer follow your profile so the next night starts with an audience.
Put the ticket link in your bio, sell at the door with Billetto POS, and watch live as the room fills up.
Free RSVPs for regular meet-ups and paid places for special routes, with a guest list for every date.
Keep it free or set a ticket price, sell food or merch in the same order, and get a clear report of what came in.
Swap the spreadsheet for a guest list that keeps itself
Running it by hand
- Chasing bank transfers and payment-app messages one by one
- A spreadsheet of names that’s out of date by Friday
- No real idea how many people will turn up
- Reminder messages sent one at a time the night before
- Refunds and name changes sorted over DMs
- A printed list and a pen at the door
Running it on Billetto
- Payment taken at booking and paid out after the event
- One guest list that updates with every booking
- Live sales and arrivals on your phone
- Automatic reminders before the day
- Refund, resend or move a ticket in a few clicks
- QR tickets scanned with the check-in app
Plan it. Sell it. Run it. Grow it.
Everything a host needs, in the order you’ll need it, whether it’s a one-off workshop or a monthly club night you run alongside your day job.

Set up tickets that fit your event
Add as many ticket types as you need: a standard ticket, an early-bird price, a ticket with dinner included, or free places for helpers. Each has its own price, number of places and on-sale dates, and the sales overview shows what’s left of each.
Hide a ticket behind a code for friends or regulars, give friends booking together an automatic group discount, sell a drink or merch with the ticket, and use a seating chart if your room has seats.
Share one link and let people book
Share your event link on social media, in group chats or by email. On a phone, booking and paying takes a few taps, and Billetto sends tickets and reminders for you. Prefer your own website? Embed the checkout in WordPress, Squarespace or Wix.
Every booking lands on one guest list, with answers to any questions you ask, such as dietary needs or experience level. Public events also appear on Billetto’s marketplace, where new people can find them.

Reach more people, without an ad budget

Everything for the door, and for the days around it
On the night
- Check-in from your phone: scan QR tickets or search by name, with arrivals counted live
- Door sales with Billetto POS: pair a phone or tablet with a card terminal; door and online sales share one capacity, so the room never overfills
- Event keys for helpers: friends or co-hosts can scan or sell at the door, with your sales figures shown or hidden
Before and after
- Changes to bookings: resend a ticket, refund it, or move it to a new name when a friend takes someone’s place
- Sales and payout reports: follow takings live, compare bookings with arrivals, and get paid out 3 to 5 working days after the event
- Guest emails and SMS: reminders before the day, and a thank-you afterwards
Turn one good night into a regular event
Selling the tickets is only half the job. Billetto also helps you fill the room, again and again.
From a first workshop in a borrowed space to a monthly club night or a sold-out supper club, ticketing, payment and promotion sit together, with no upfront cost.

Reach people who don’t know you yet
Public events also appear in Billetto’s marketplace. Buyers follow your organiser profile automatically after booking, so your next event starts with an audience that already knows you.
Invite your guests back
Send past guests the date of your next event by email or SMS. People who came once are the easiest tickets you’ll ever sell.
Keep your own community
Use Billetto’s marketplace, your own website, your social channels or all of them at once. New guests come in through Billetto, and the people you already know remain your contacts.
Spend your time on the event, not the admin
Billetto’s AI drafts your event description and suggests a ticket price, and reminders go out without any work from you.
Room to grow
If your events grow past 1,000 tickets a year, the Growth plan adds your own Customer Success Manager and payout of most ticket revenue before the event.
