Trade show ticketing and registration
Sell trade show tickets and register visitors online, then check everyone in at the entrance from any phone. Visitor, exhibitor and VIP passes, free registration and on-site sales are built in.
No setup fee · No subscription · Weekday help by email and phone

From first registration to a busy show floor
If your show still runs on a spreadsheet of trade visitors, an inbox of exhibitor requests and bank transfers for paid entry, Billetto replaces all three with one flow that collects payment, delivers tickets and keeps your visitor list current. One system covers visitor registration, the ticket shop and entrance check-in, for a one-day regional expo or a trade fair spread over several days.

Trade show registration as your visitors see it
Invite visitors by email or SMS, or share the registration link on any channel you use. On a phone, booking and paying takes a few taps. Before opening day Billetto sends the reminders for you, on the day your team checks everyone in, and after the show you can invite the same visitors back for the next edition, all from a single dashboard.
Each booking feeds one visitor list that shows who is coming, which ticket they hold and their answers to your booking questions, for example company, role or sector. Visitors who discover a public show through Billetto’s marketplace use the same checkout and appear in that same list.

Separate tickets for trade days, public days and exhibitors
Set up as many ticket types as the show needs: a trade visitor pass, a public day ticket, an early-bird rate, VIP entry and free passes for exhibitors and stand staff. Each one carries its own price, number of places and on-sale dates, and the sales overview shows what remains of every type.
Keep trade days and public days apart, unlock exhibitor passes with a code, and give each partner and media outlet a code of their own to see where registrations come from. Scheduled offers reward early registration without discounting the whole show.
What’s included for trade show organisers
- Early registration offers: a separate price, allocation and end date for visitors who book early
- Exhibitor and partner codes: codes that open hidden exhibitor passes or partner rates, with tracking that shows where each registration came from
- Team bookings: automatic discounts that grow with the number of tickets in one order, for companies sending several people
- Visitor questions: ask for company, role, sector or anything else, at checkout or after booking
- Extras with the ticket: parking, catering or a printed show guide sold in the same order
- Seated sessions: seating charts for the keynote stage and conference rooms beside the exhibition floor
- Entrance control: phone scanning, professional scanners for heavy traffic, and zones with their own entry rights in larger venues
- Checkout on your site: embed registration in a WordPress, Squarespace or Wix site and style it in your brand colours
- Visitor emails and SMS: invite earlier visitors back and schedule messages that go out ahead of opening day and once the show has closed
- Changes to bookings: resend a ticket, refund it, or move it to a new name when someone else from the company comes instead
- Finance reports: ticket income, fees, taxes and payouts together, ready for your bookkeeping
- Roles for your team: colleagues, partners and door staff each see only the parts of the account they need
Why exhibition organisers choose Billetto
Selling the tickets is only half the job. Billetto also helps bring visitors to the stands.
From a regional business expo to a consumer show with public days or a multi-day industry fair, registration, payment and promotion sit together, with no upfront cost.
It works for every kind of exhibition: B2B trade fairs, consumer shows, industry expos, career and education fairs, food and drink shows, wedding fairs, craft and collectors’ fairs, and conferences with an exhibition floor.

Reach visitors who don’t know you yet
Shows that are open to the public also appear in Billetto’s marketplace. Buyers follow your organiser profile automatically after booking, which gives the next edition a warm audience from day one.
Ads you pay for only when they sell
Billetto Advertising runs campaigns for your show across Google, Meta, Billetto and email newsletters, and the cost comes only from tickets those campaigns sell. On average, organisers who use it see their ticket sales rise by around 20%.
Keep your own customer relationships
Use Billetto’s marketplace, your own website or both at once. New buyers come in through Billetto, and the visitors and exhibitors you already know remain your contacts.
Spend your time on the show floor
Billetto’s AI drafts your event description and suggests a ticket price, and visitor reminders are sent without any work from you. That leaves more hours for exhibitors, floor plans and suppliers.
Support and cash flow for bigger shows
No upfront payment is required, and on weekdays you can email or phone and reach a real person. If you sell over 1,000 tickets per year, you qualify for the Growth plan, with your own Customer Success Manager plus payout of most ticket revenue before opening day, which helps with hall hire and staff costs.
Trade show ticketing questions, answered
Answers for exhibition organisers, associations and venues planning their next show. Question not covered here? Ask our team.
There’s no subscription or setup fee. Billetto takes a small fee per ticket sold, which by default is added on top of the ticket price, or you can include it in your price so visitors pay one total. Free tickets carry no fee. See the pricing page for today’s rates. Organisers selling over 1,000 tickets per year can ask about the Growth plan and its custom terms.
Sign up for free, enter the show’s dates, venue, capacity and ticket types, then publish. Your event page can go into newsletters, social posts, exhibitor mailings and messages to previous visitors, while Billetto takes care of payment, ticket delivery and reminders. With the checkout widget, registration can also happen directly on your website.
Yes. A free trade visitor ticket costs you nothing on Billetto, and the visitor still receives a ticket, reminders before the show and a quick scan at the door. Booking questions capture company and job details at the same time.
Yes. Trade day and public day tickets can be on sale at the same time, each with a price, capacity and sales window of its own. Exhibitor, speaker and staff passes can be free and hidden from the public, so only people with your code can unlock them.
Yes. Add each day as its own date so visitors choose the day they want, and they can book up to five dates in one checkout. To sell one pass for the whole show, create a membership connected to each day, and pass holders use their membership QR code at the entrance every day.
Yes. Add booking questions for company, job title, sector or anything else you want to ask. They can appear in checkout, after the purchase or in an automatic reminder email, and every answer is saved with the booking.
Door staff open Billetto’s check-in app on their own phones and scan QR tickets or search for names. As many staff as you need can scan at the same time, and arrival counts update live per ticket type and entrance. For heavy traffic there are professional ticket scanners, and large venues can set up zones with separate entry rights. More on the check-in page.
Yes. Pair a phone or tablet with a card terminal and Billetto POS becomes your entrance box office. Door sales and online sales share one capacity, so you never sell more places than the hall holds.
Yes. Add the Billetto checkout widget to your site and a secure checkout opens over your page, so visitors stay where they are. It runs on WordPress, Squarespace and Wix, takes your own colours and fonts, and Billetto branding can be switched off.
Yes. Give partners, media and exhibitors promo codes of their own, or create offers linked to specific email addresses, and set how often each one can be used. Every code is tracked, so registrations can be traced back to the partner who sent them.
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are accepted, and depending on the country, so are local options such as MobilePay, Swish, Vipps and iDEAL. Wallet payments make buying on a phone quick.
Refund terms are up to you. In the back office you can refund, resend or reassign a ticket, so if a visitor can’t come, a colleague or friend can use the place without booking again.
Yes. Sales and arrivals update live on the dashboard, and reports break down sales, fees, taxes and payouts. Download them or have them emailed automatically, and give partners a view of live sales that keeps sensitive data hidden.
Billetto pays out 3 to 5 working days after the show closes, together with a breakdown of revenue and fees. Growth plan organisers can receive ticket income before the show, which helps cover hall hire and other early costs.
