How registration looks from the visitor’s side
Reach visitors with an email or SMS invite, or share your registration link on whichever channels you already use. On a mobile, booking and payment are done in a few taps. Billetto sends reminders as opening day approaches, your staff handle check-in on the day, and once it’s over you can welcome the same people back next time. Everything is run from the one dashboard.
Bookings all flow into one attendee list, so you can see who’s coming, what ticket each person holds and how they replied to the booking questions you set, for instance their company, role or sector. If your show is public, people who spot it on the Billetto marketplace pay via the same checkout and are added to the same list.

A ticket for every audience: trade, public and exhibitors
Set up whatever ticket types the show needs, from trade visitor passes and public day tickets to early-bird rates, VIP entry and free exhibitor and stand staff passes. Each one gets a price, quantity and sale dates of its own, and the sales overview lets you check at a glance how many of each remain.
Keep trade days apart from public days, let exhibitors use a code to unlock their passes, and hand partners and media contacts a code each, so you know where registrations come from. Offers with a deadline encourage early bookings without discounting the whole event.

Find new audiences beyond your mailing list
Shows that anyone can attend also turn up on the Billetto marketplace. Everyone who books automatically follows your organiser profile, so when tickets for your next show go on sale, there’s already an audience waiting.
Pay for advertising only when tickets sell
Billetto Advertising puts your show in front of people with ads across Google and Meta, on Billetto itself and in newsletters, and the cost is based purely on the tickets those ads sell. On average, it lifts ticket sales by around 20% for the organisers who use it.
The customer relationships stay with you
Sell through the Billetto marketplace, from your own website, or use both. Billetto brings in new buyers, and the people you already know, from regular visitors to returning exhibitors, stay in your hands.
Cut down on admin
Billetto’s AI can draft your event description and propose a ticket price, while reminders to visitors are sent automatically. That leaves more time for exhibitors, suppliers and the hall layout.
Help and cash flow as your show grows
You pay nothing upfront, and on weekdays there’s a real person to talk to by phone or email. Once your yearly sales pass 1,000 tickets, you qualify for the Growth plan, with a Customer Success Manager of your own and the chance to receive most of the ticket money before the doors open, making venue hire and staff easier to cover.

It comes down to a small charge on each ticket sold, with no setup fee or subscription on top. As standard, buyers pay it in addition to the ticket price, but it can also be built into your price so visitors see one all-in figure. Free tickets come with no fee. You’ll find today’s rates on the pricing page. Selling upwards of 1,000 tickets annually? The Growth plan and its custom terms are worth asking about.
Create your free account, add when and where the show takes place, how many people it can hold and which tickets you want to offer, then go live. You can share a link to the event page through newsletters, social media, exhibitor mailouts and messages to past visitors, while Billetto looks after payments, e-tickets and reminders. The checkout widget also lets visitors register right on your own site.
Yes. You pay nothing to Billetto on free tickets, yet each trade visitor still gets a ticket, a reminder as opening day nears and a fast check-in when they arrive. Use booking questions to gather each visitor’s company and role while they register.
Yes. Trade visitors and the public can each buy their own day tickets at the same time, with a different price, capacity and sale dates for each. Exhibitors, speakers and crew get passes that can be free and stay off the public page, unlocked only by people who have your code.
Yes. Every day of the show becomes a date of its own, and visitors choose which day they want, booking as many as five dates in a single go. To sell a pass for the full show, create a membership that’s linked to every day. Pass holders then show the QR code of their membership at the entrance on each day.
Yes. With booking questions you can ask about a visitor’s employer, role, industry or anything else that’s useful. You can show them during checkout, right after purchase, or in the automatic reminder email, and the answers are stored with each booking.
Staff on the door download Billetto’s check-in app to their personal mobiles, then scan QR tickets or look up visitors by name. As many staff as the doors require can scan at once, and you can follow arrivals at every entrance, broken down by ticket type, in real time. Handheld barcode scanners help at busy periods, and large venues can be divided into zones that each have their own access rules. There’s more detail on our check-in page.
Yes. Billetto POS works with a card terminal and a phone or tablet to turn your entrance into a box office. Tickets sold at the door and online draw on a single capacity, so you’ll never oversell the hall.
Yes. With the Billetto checkout widget, a secure payment window appears over your page, so nobody has to leave your website. It works on WordPress, Squarespace and Wix sites. Colours and fonts can be matched to your brand, and the Billetto branding can be hidden.
Yes. Create individual discount codes for your partners, exhibitors and media contacts, or build offers that only work for certain email addresses, and decide how many redemptions each code allows. Codes are tracked, so you can tell which partner sent which registrations.
Visitors can use Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Depending on the country, local methods like Swish, Vipps, iDEAL and MobilePay are also offered. Mobile wallets make it quick to pay on a phone.
You decide on your own refund terms. The back office lets you refund, resend or reassign tickets, which means a colleague can attend in someone’s place with no new booking needed.
Yes. You can share live sales figures with partners without exposing any sensitive data. On your dashboard you see sales and check-ins the moment they happen, while reports covering revenue, payouts, fees and VAT can be downloaded or delivered by automatic email.
Your payout arrives 3 to 5 working days after closing day, with a summary of revenue and fees. If you’re on the Growth plan, you can have most of the ticket money paid to you ahead of the show, which helps with venue hire and other early outgoings.
