BILLETTO FOR CONCERTS

Built for the way concerts actually go on sale
Four things decide whether an on-sale runs smoothly — how fast you can launch, how the door holds up, whether the calendar stays under control, and what you can see while tickets move.

Sell concert tickets at the door
Scan concert tickets and monitor arrivals
Sync online and door ticket availability
Track online and onsite ticket sales together
Concert organisers already sell on Billetto
EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
From your first announcement to the final door scan, Billetto keeps every step connected — presales, ticket tiers, promo campaigns, guest lists, and live entry all managed from one dashboard.
PLAN YOUR ON-SALE
Structure your on-sale with confidence: General Admission, early-bird presales, VIP tiers, drop sales, members-only tickets, promo codes, seating charts and real-time reporting — all set up in one place, before a single ticket moves.
Everything a concert on-sale needs
- Presales, ticket tiers and drops — run early-bird, VIP, general admission and timed drop sales, each with its own release.
- Promo codes and guest lists — discounts for partners and press, comps for the band and the crew
- Seating charts — reserved seating and standing areas on the same event
- Embedded checkout — sell from your own site without sending fans somewhere else
- Multi-event checkout — fans can combine tickets from up to five events from the same organiser and complete everything in one purchase.
- Members-only tickets — create tickets and special member pricing that everyone can see, but only fans with the relevant active membership can unlock and buy.
- Door sales with Billetto POS — take card payments on the night, on the same ticket allocation as online
- Scanning and live arrivals — validate tickets and watch the room fill in real time
- One back office — orders, revenue and fees across every show in your calendar
- Payouts and reporting — clear fees and figures your finance team can reconcile
Questions promoters ask before they move
The questions promoters, venues and artists ask most often before they move a concert onto Billetto. If yours isn’t here, book a meeting and ask us directly.
Minutes, not days. Create the event, set your ticket types and prices, publish the page and start taking bookings. Presales, tiers, merchandising, drop sales, and promo codes can all be configured before the public on-sale opens, so the announcement and the sale can happen the same day.
Yes. Each ticket type can have its own price, quantity and release time, so an early-bird allocation, a members-only presale and general admission can sit on the same event and open in sequence. Promo codes work across any tier, with limits on how many times each one can be used.
Yes. Billetto POS takes card payments at the venue and draws on the same ticket allocation as online sales, so the last ten tickets cannot be sold twice. Door orders land in the same back office as everything else.
The Billetto scanning app validates tickets at the door, handles guest lists and comps, and shows arrivals in real time so you can see how full the room is while doors are still open. Several people can scan at once on separate devices.
Yes. Checkout can be embedded directly on your own site, so fans book without being sent somewhere else, and the sale still runs through the same event, the same allocation and the same reporting.
Payouts are made to your nominated account, with fees and order detail visible in the back office before, during and after the show. For recurring programmes and multi-show runs, revenue across the whole calendar is reported in one place rather than event by event.
