BUILT FOR ORGANISATIONS

One event booking system for everything your organisation runs

Most organisations run events across several teams: a lecture series here, an open day there, a members’ evening, a fundraiser, a conference. Billetto brings registration, payment, check-in and reporting for all of them into one account, so your events no longer live in separate forms, inboxes and spreadsheets.

PUBLISH AND SHARE
Create an event page with dates, capacity and ticket types, then publish. Share the link in your newsletter, intranet or member portal, or embed the booking system on your own website.

ONE ACCOUNT, MANY HANDS
Event managers, front-of-house staff, volunteers and finance each get their own access, so nobody shares a password and everyone sees only what their role needs.

MEMBERS, PARTNERS AND THE PUBLIC
Sell public tickets, keep member prices behind a code, give partners and speakers free places, and run free registrations for staff or students, all on the same event.

FIGURES FINANCE CAN SIGN OFF
Sales, fees, taxes and payouts in one place. Download reports or have them emailed automatically, so month-end doesn’t start with a spreadsheet hunt.
WHO IT’S FOR

Built for the organisations behind the events

Whether you run a lecture for forty people or a festival for forty thousand, the same account handles ticketing, registration and reporting.

Sell at the reception desk

Not everyone books ahead. Pair a phone or tablet with a card terminal and Billetto POS turns your reception or box office into a sales point. Desk sales and online sales draw on the same ticket inventory, so you always know how many places are left.

Check-in at every entrance

Staff and volunteers scan QR tickets in Billetto’s check-in app or search by name. Several entrances can scan at the same time, and arrival numbers update live for everyone.

Event keys for staff and volunteers

Hand out event keys so staff and volunteers can scan tickets without logging in to your account or sharing your password.

Attendance and revenue side by side

Compare registrations with real arrivals and follow income live during the event and afterwards. Useful when you report to a board, a funder or management.
BUILT FOR TEAMS

Give every colleague the access they need

Events in an organisation are rarely one person’s job. Billetto lets you add colleagues and partners with their own access, instead of sharing one login.

  • Finance sees payouts, taxes and reports without touching event settings
  • Front-of-house staff and volunteers check people in and validate tickets
  • Partners and sponsors follow live sales without seeing sensitive details
  • Promoters and ambassadors get their own links and codes, with sales tracked to each
  • Developers connect Billetto to your CRM or member system through the API

THE ATTENDEE JOURNEY

Registration, as your members and guests see it

Share the event in your newsletter, on your website or on social media, or invite people directly by email or SMS. Booking takes a few taps on a phone. Guests pay by PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.

Every booking feeds one attendee list with the ticket type and the answers to your questions, such as membership number, dietary needs or company name. Billetto sends reminders before the day, and afterwards you can invite the same people to your next event.

TICKETS AND PRICING

Member prices, partner places and public tickets

Set up as many ticket types as an event needs: a public ticket, a member price, an early-bird rate, a ticket with dinner included, or free places for speakers, sponsors and staff. Each has its own price, capacity and sales window, and the sales overview shows what is left of each.

Hide a ticket behind a code so only members or invited guests can book it, and give each partner a code of their own to see who brought people in.

MEMBERSHIPS AND PROGRAMMES

Sell memberships and season passes alongside tickets

Turn regular visitors into members. Create monthly, annual or one-off memberships with your own price and benefits, connect them to the events members can attend, and let members use their membership QR code at every visit.

Renewals are charged to the member’s saved card automatically, and you can track membership sales and upcoming payments. A good fit for friends’ schemes, club memberships, course passes and lecture series.

One system instead of many

Every department’s events run through the same checkout, the same attendee lists and the same reports, so there are fewer tools to pay for and maintain.

Reach people outside your mailing list

Public events also appear in Billetto’s marketplace, and buyers follow your organiser profile after booking. Billetto Advertising runs campaigns across Google, Meta, Billetto and email newsletters, paid only from the tickets those campaigns sell. On average, organisers who use it sell 21% more tickets.

Your audience stays yours

The people who book remain your contacts. Invite past guests to your next event by email or SMS, or connect Billetto to your own systems through the API.

Cash flow that suits a budget

There is no subscription. On the Growth plan, for organisations selling more than 1,000 tickets a year, you can receive most ticket revenue before the event.

A named contact, not a ticket queue

On weekdays you can email or phone and reach a real person. The Growth plan adds your own Customer Success Manager to help plan sales and campaigns.

FAQ FOR ORGANISATIONS

Questions from organisations, answered

Answers for associations, institutions, charities and companies running events on Billetto. Question not covered here? Ask our team.

Is Billetto suitable for organisations, not just individual organisers?

Yes. Museums, attractions, cultural venues, associations and companies use Billetto for everything from free member registrations to large paid events. One account can hold all of an organisation’s events, with separate access for each colleague.

How much does Billetto cost for an organisation?

There’s no subscription or setup fee. Billetto takes a small fee per ticket, which can be added on top of the ticket price or included in it. Organisations selling more than 1,000 tickets a year can get custom pricing on the Growth plan. See the pricing page for today’s rates.

Can several colleagues work in the same account?

Yes. Give colleagues and partners their own access instead of sharing a login. Finance can see payouts and reports, door staff can check people in, partners can follow sales, and developers can work with the API. More on the team page.

Can we offer member prices or members-only tickets?

Yes. Create a member ticket hidden behind a code, so only people with the code can book it at that price. You can also sell memberships that give members access to connected events.

Can we run free registrations for staff, members or students?

Yes. Set up free tickets with a capacity limit for staff, members or students. Every attendee still gets a ticket, reminders and a quick scan at the entrance, so you know exactly who came.

Can people book on our own website?

Yes. The checkout widget embeds booking on your website, and every booking lands in the same attendee list as bookings made on Billetto.

How does check-in work with several entrances?

Staff and volunteers open Billetto’s check-in app and scan QR tickets or search by name. Several people can scan at the same time, using event keys instead of your login, and arrival counts update live. More on the check-in page.

Can we take payment at a reception desk or box office?

Yes. Pair a phone or tablet with a card terminal and Billetto POS becomes your box office. Desk sales and online sales draw on the same ticket inventory.

What reports do we get for finance?

Reports cover sales, fees, taxes and payouts. View them in the dashboard, download them, or have them emailed automatically. More on the finance page.

Can Billetto connect to our CRM or member system?

Billetto has an open API and webhooks, so your developers can connect ticket and attendee data to your CRM, member system or website. See technology.

When do we receive the money from ticket sales?

Billetto pays out ticket revenue 3–5 working days after the event, with a breakdown of revenue and fees, and your account shows upcoming payouts. On the Growth plan you can receive most of your ticket revenue before the event.

Who do we contact if we need help?

On weekdays you can email or phone and reach a real person. Organisations on the Growth plan also get their own Customer Success Manager. Book a meeting to talk through your events.
