SELL MORE TICKETS

Sell more with advertising you only pay for when tickets sell

An audience of more than 6 million ticket buyers

Public events appear in Billetto’s marketplace across 14 European countries. Every order and follower is saved to your contacts, so each on-sale can start with an audience that already knows you.

Growth plan organisers are also eligible for premium placement on Billetto’s homepage.

Pay-per-sale advertising

Billetto Advertising runs campaigns for your events across Google, Meta, Billetto and email newsletters, paid only from the tickets those campaigns sell. On average, organisers who use it see ticket sales rise by around 20%.

Campaigns planned with you

On the Growth plan, we plan manual ad campaigns and tailored email marketing with you around your calendar.

INVENTORY AND PRICING

Release every allocation at the right price and time

Run day tickets, multi-day passes, VIP, early-bird and partner allocations side by side, each with its own price, capacity and timing. The sales overview shows what is left of each ticket type.

Give selected buyers special access or discounts with codes and private links, schedule offers that reward early bookers and use seating charts for seated shows.

FINANCE AND CASH FLOW

Fund the event before the doors open

Production, artists and marketing are paid long before the first guest arrives. With Billetto Prepayment on the Growth plan, available in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the UK, ticket revenue becomes available 2 business days after each sale instead of after the event. During your first two weeks, payouts typically arrive 5 business days after the order date.

  • Prepayment powered by Adyen, for a fee of 1% + VAT
  • Payout schedule showing upcoming payouts at a glance
  • Reports for sales, fees, taxes and payouts, in dashboards, as downloads or emailed automatically
  • Bookkeeping supported with exportable data and reconciliation tools

How a show night runs on Billetto

Tickets go on sale on your website and on Billetto’s marketplace at the same time. On the night, door staff scan QR tickets on phones or handheld scanners, the box office sells the last places on a card terminal, and you follow arrivals live. How a festival runs on Billetto

The early-bird release opens with a code for last year’s guests, then general sale goes live on the marketplace and in campaigns. Partners follow their own sales without seeing sensitive data. At the gates, crews scan with an organiser key instead of your password, and the scan-in tracker shows arrivals as the site fills up.

Delegate, exhibitor and visitor registration with fast QR check-in and live arrival tracking.

  • Separate ticket types for delegates, exhibitors and visitors
  • Promo codes and private links for partners and sponsors
  • Free registrations for speakers and partners
  • Live check-in data by ticket type and entrance

Associations, universities and public bodies running many events across departments, with one checkout and one set of reports.

  • Free and paid registrations side by side
  • Member prices behind a code

ENTERPRISE FAQ

Questions from enterprise organisers, answered

Answers for venues, festivals, promoters and large organisers evaluating Billetto. Question not covered here? Talk to sales.

What does Billetto offer enterprise organisers?

Organisers selling more than 1,000 tickets a year can join the Growth plan, which adds custom pricing, the option of prepayment of ticket revenue, a named Customer Success Manager, manual ad campaigns, tailored email marketing plans and eligibility for premium homepage placement.

What should large organisers look for in ticketing software?

Look for reach beyond your own channels, a mobile checkout with local payment methods, fast check-in at every entrance, access controls for each team, finance reporting and an open API. Billetto’s ticketing software combines all of these in one platform.

How is enterprise pricing set?

Growth plan fees start at the standard rate and can go lower, based on your ticket volume. Prices exclude VAT. There is no setup fee or subscription. Book a meeting for a proposal, or see the pricing page.

Can we receive ticket revenue before the event?

Yes, in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the UK. Billetto Prepayment, powered by Adyen, is available on the Growth plan. Your balance becomes available 2 business days after ticket sales, for a fee of 1% + VAT. During your first two weeks a temporary settlement delay applies, so payouts typically arrive 5 business days after the order date. Organisers processing more than €3 million within a rolling 29-day period may have a temporary 10% reserve applied for 160 days. Talk to sales to set it up.

We use another ticketing provider. How do we switch?

Most organisers switch at the start of a new season or on-sale, rather than moving events that are already selling. In the discovery call we go through your events, ticket types, team, payouts and integrations and plan the move with you.

How long does onboarding take?

Billetto is self-service, so you can create an account and set up events yourself. For enterprise programmes with several teams, venues or integrations, we agree a timeline with you after the discovery call, usually starting with your next on-sale rather than events already on sale. Book a meeting to plan it.

Can Billetto handle large on-sales and many entrances?

Billetto handles more than 2 million tickets a year for more than 160,000 organisers. If you are planning a high-demand on-sale, talk to us in advance. At the event, several devices can scan at once in different locations, and live service status is published at status.billetto.com.

Can we manage several venues or brands?

Tell us how your venues and brands are organised in the discovery call, and we will recommend an account set-up. Within an account, team roles give each venue’s staff, finance and partners their own access.

Can different teams and partners have their own access?

Yes. Give finance, security, promoters, street teams, partners and developers their own roles, so each sees only what they need. More on the team page.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Every colleague gets their own login and role, so nobody shares the account owner’s credentials. If your IT policy requires single sign-on, raise it in the discovery call and we will go through the options with you.

Can we sell tickets on our own website?

Yes. The checkout widget embeds ticket sales on your own site, and you can also sell through Billetto’s marketplace at the same time.

Does Billetto have an API?

Yes. The Billetto API gives access to core ticketing features, webhooks push events to your own systems, and the public event search API lets you show your programme elsewhere. Documentation is on the developer hub.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Sales, fee, tax and payout reports can be downloaded or emailed automatically, and the Billetto API gives programmatic access to your account data.

Does Billetto include box office software?

Yes. Billetto POS turns a laptop, tablet or phone with an Adyen card terminal into box office software for your venue, and check-in works with handheld scanners or the Billetto scanner app. Box office and online sales appear in the same reports. More on in-person sales.

Which payment methods can buyers use?

Visa and Mastercard, plus local methods such as MobilePay in Denmark, Swish in Sweden, Vipps in Norway and Klarna. Ask us which methods are available in your market.

Can you help us market our events?

Yes. Billetto Advertising runs pay-per-sale campaigns across Google, Meta, Billetto and email newsletters, and on the Growth plan we plan manual campaigns and email marketing with you.

What reporting does finance get?

Reports cover sales, fees, taxes and payouts. View them in dashboards, download them or have them emailed automatically. More on the finance page.

How does invoicing work?

Reports cover sales, fees, taxes and payouts, ready for your bookkeeping. If you have specific invoicing requirements, for example for corporate or group buyers, raise them in the discovery call so we can advise on the best set-up.
