Seminar ticketing built for Irish organisers
Put your next seminar, CPD session or training day on sale in minutes. Delegates register and pay online, reminders go out automatically, and your team checks people in on their phones, all from one dashboard.
No setup cost · No monthly fee · Real people on the support line every weekday

Seminar bookings without the spreadsheet
Training companies, professional bodies, associations and businesses across Ireland use Billetto instead of sign-up sheets and long email chains. One booking page takes the payment, issues the ticket and keeps the attendee list up to date on its own.

Trusted by organisers in Ireland and across Europe

Someone turns up without a ticket? Sell one at the door
Check delegates in from any phone
One capacity, no overbooking
Who came and what it earned
Online seminar bookings, from the first invite to the final headcount
Send the invitation by email or SMS. Delegates book and pay in a couple of clicks, and automatic reminders follow up for you. On the day your team checks people in, and afterwards a follow-up message goes out while the session is still top of mind. It all runs from one event in your dashboard.

A ticket type for every delegate
Early-bird and standard rates, member pricing, partner and sponsor codes, reserved seats in lecture theatres and free places for speakers. Each ticket type has its own price, capacity and sales window, and you can change them as plans change.

Reach people beyond your own list
Public seminars also appear on the Billetto marketplace, and everyone who books follows you automatically, so each event builds an audience for the next.
Advertising you only pay for when it sells
With Billetto Advertising, your seminar runs on Google, Meta and in newsletters, and on Billetto in front of over 21,600 active users in Ireland. You only pay for tickets the ads actually sell, and organisers using it sell around 20% more tickets on average.
Your attendees stay yours
Sell on Billetto, on your own website or both. You get access to Billetto’s buyers without handing over your customer relationships.
Less admin, more programme
Billetto’s AI drafts your seminar description and suggests a ticket price, and reminders go out to delegates automatically, so your time goes on the content rather than the paperwork.
Low risk, real support
There’s nothing to pay upfront, and a real person picks up when you email or ring on a weekday. Sell more than 1,000 tickets a year and the Growth plan adds a dedicated Customer Success Manager and pays out most of your revenue before the seminar happens.
Questions from seminar organisers in Ireland
What training providers, professional bodies, associations and businesses usually ask before moving their seminars to Billetto. Didn’t find your question? Speak to our team.
There’s no subscription and no setup cost. Billetto charges a small fee per ticket sold, which by default is added on top of the ticket price for the buyer. You can also cover it yourself so delegates see one all-in price. Free seminars cost nothing. See the pricing page for current rates in euro, and talk to us about custom terms on the Growth plan if you sell more than 1,000 tickets a year.
Usually the same day. Create a free account, add the date, venue and ticket types, publish, and registrations can start straight away. If you’d like help, our team is on email and phone every weekday, or you can book a meeting and set it up together.
Yes. Everyone can see members-only tickets, but only people with an active membership can buy them. For partners and sponsors, create discount codes or offers tied to specific email addresses, and set how many times each code can be used.
Yes. The Billetto checkout widget opens a secure checkout over your page, so delegates stay on your site from start to finish. It works with WordPress, Squarespace and Wix, picks up your colours and fonts, and can hide Billetto branding.
In Ireland, delegates pay by card with Visa or Mastercard, or with PayPal. Other markets add local options such as MobilePay, Swish, Vipps and iDEAL.
Yes. Recurring seminars can sit in a calendar picker on your website, and a full programme can be shown as a calendar, list or button grid that updates itself when you add dates. Delegates can book up to five sessions in a single checkout.
You set your own refund policy. From the back office you can refund the ticket, resend it or transfer it to a colleague, so someone else can attend without making a new booking.
Your team uses Billetto’s check-in app on their phones to scan QR tickets or look people up by name. Several people can check delegates in at the same time, attendance updates live by ticket type, and handheld barcode scanners are available for bigger events. Read more about check-in.
Yes. A live dashboard shows sales and arrivals as they happen, and reports cover sales, fees, VAT and payouts. Download them or have them emailed automatically, and give partners a view of live sales without sharing anything sensitive.
Payouts land 3–5 working days after your seminar ends, with a full breakdown of revenue and fees. On the Growth plan, you can receive ticket revenue before the event.
