Online seminar bookings, from save-the-date to sign-in sheet
Email or text the invitation, let delegates book and pay in a few taps, and leave the reminders to Billetto. On the day you check everyone in, and afterwards a follow-up goes out while the session is still fresh in their minds. Everything runs from one event in your dashboard.

Pricing that fits every delegate
Early-bird and standard rates, member prices, sponsor and partner codes, allocated seating in lecture theatres and complimentary places for speakers. Every ticket type has its own price, allocation and sales period, and you can change any of them as your plans move.
Everything a seminar organiser needs
- Early-bird and member rates: give early bookers and members their own price, allocation and sales window
- Sponsor and partner codes: trackable discount codes that show which partner drove which bookings
- Allocated seating: seating plans for lecture theatres, auditoriums and conference suites
- Booking on your own website: a checkout widget for WordPress, Squarespace or Wix in your own brand colours
- Seminar series: a date picker for recurring sessions, with up to five sessions in one order
- Invitations, reminders and follow-ups: email and SMS campaigns to past delegates, plus automatic messages before and after the day
- Check-in on your phone: scan QR codes or search the guest list, with several colleagues checking people in at once
- Delegate management: resend, refund or transfer a ticket when a colleague takes someone’s place
- Team permissions: colleagues, partners and reception staff see only what they need
- Reports for your finance team: sales, fees, VAT and payouts, downloaded or emailed automatically

Reach delegates you haven’t met yet
Public seminars are also listed on the Billetto marketplace. Everyone who books follows you automatically, so each session helps fill the next one.
Pay for advertising only when it sells
With Billetto Advertising, your seminar is promoted on Google, Meta, in newsletters and on Billetto itself, in front of 3.8 million users. You only pay for tickets the ads sell, and organisers using it see an average of 21.6% more ticket sales.
Your delegates, your relationship
Sell on Billetto, on your own site or on both. You tap into Billetto’s buyers and keep full ownership of your own customer relationships.
More time for the programme
Billetto’s AI drafts your seminar description and suggests a ticket price, and reminders reach delegates without you lifting a finger, so your time goes on speakers and content rather than admin.
Low risk, support on UK time
There’s no upfront cost, and when you email or call during UK working hours you reach a real person. Sell more than 1,000 tickets a year and the Growth plan adds a dedicated contact and pays out most of your revenue before the seminar takes place.
Seminar ticketing in the UK: your questions answered
What training providers, professional bodies, membership organisations and businesses ask most before moving their seminars to Billetto. Question not here? Book a meeting and ask us directly.
No subscription and no setup fee. Billetto charges a small booking fee per ticket sold, which is added to the ticket price for the buyer by default, or you can absorb it and show delegates one all-in price. Free seminars cost you nothing. Current rates in pounds sterling are on the pricing page, and if you sell more than 1,000 tickets a year, ask us about custom terms on the Growth plan.
Yes. Sign up for free, add the date, venue and ticket types, publish, and bookings can start the same day. If you’d like a hand, our support team answers email and calls every weekday on UK time, or you can book a meeting and set it up together.
Yes. Members-only tickets are visible to everyone, but only people with an active membership can buy them. For sponsors and partners, set up discount codes or offers linked to specific email addresses, and choose how many times each code can be used.
Yes. The Billetto checkout widget opens a secure checkout over your page, so delegates book without leaving your site. It works with WordPress, Squarespace and Wix, takes on your colours and fonts, and can hide the Billetto branding.
In the UK, delegates pay by card with Visa or Mastercard. In other Billetto markets, buyers can also use options such as PayPal, MobilePay, Swish, Vipps and iDEAL, depending on the country.
Yes. Recurring sessions can sit in a date picker on your website, and a full programme can appear as a calendar, list or grid of buttons that updates itself when you add dates. Delegates can book up to five sessions in one order.
Your refund policy is up to you. From the back office you can refund the ticket, resend it or transfer it to a colleague, so a substitute can come along without a new booking.
Your team scans QR tickets or searches by name using Billetto’s check-in app on their phones. Several colleagues can check delegates in at once, arrivals update live by ticket type, and handheld barcode scanners are available for larger events. More on check-in.
Yes. A live dashboard shows bookings and arrivals as they happen, and reports cover sales, fees, VAT and payouts. Download them or have them emailed on a schedule, and give partners a live view of sales without sharing anything sensitive.
Revenue is paid out 3–5 working days after your seminar ends, with a full breakdown of income and fees, and your bank may take a little longer to process the transfer. On the Growth plan you can receive ticket revenue before the event.
