Everything a club sells, in one place
Season passes, match tickets, add-ons and match day access usually live in different systems. On Billetto they sit in one account, next to the fans who buy them.SEE IT IN ACTION
Your club's ticketing, the way it looks in Billetto
SEASON PASSES
Season passes that renew on their own
Sell your season pass as a membership that covers a selection of your matches. Fans pay by card, yearly or monthly, and the pass renews automatically, so nobody has to remember to buy it again.
- Yearly or monthly subscriptions, or a one-time pass that does not renew
- Card payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, for passes bought online
- Pause or cancel a subscription on a fan’s behalf
MATCH TICKETS
Every fixture on sale, side by side
Create each match as its own event with ticket types and capacity, or run a series as a recurring event with one calendar on the event page. Your events list shows what has sold for every fixture.
- One event per match, or a recurring event with time slots
- Filter your events by membership, venue, city and date
- Tickets sold against capacity for every fixture
STADIUM SEATING
Draw your ground once, sell every seat
Set up reserved seating for every stand, from the front row to VIP, alongside general admission. Save your ground with the Venue Selector and reuse the layout for every home match.
- Sections and floors for seated stands and arenas
- Zones for standing terraces and open areas
- Reuse the same layout for every fixture
ADD-ONS AND MERCHANDISE
Sell more than the match ticket
Offer parking, food and drink and club merchandise next to the match ticket. Make an add-on for one match, or create it at account level and share the stock across the season.
- Match-specific or account-level add-ons with shared stock
- Sold and remaining quantity for every add-on at a glance
- Gift cards and season passes sold from the same box office
MATCH DAY
Get fans through the gates
Decide how tickets are scanned at every gate, give stewards and box office staff the access they need, and sell on the day with POS or the Billetto apps.
- Allow multiple scans of the same ticket, or scan fans out automatically when they scan in again
- Organiser keys for stewards, so nobody has to share your account password
- Scan on Android and iOS and track arrivals by ticket type or entrance
YOUR CLUB WEBSITE
Sell tickets on your own club website
Copy the widget onto your website and fans buy tickets in a checkout that opens on your page, without being redirected. The account widget shows your fixture list as a calendar, list or buttons and updates every time you add a match.
- No coding: copy and paste a snippet of code
- Works with WordPress.org, Squarespace and Wix
- Your own button colours and fonts
FAN EMAILS
Keep fans coming back between matches
Create reusable emails and decide when they are sent during the event lifecycle. Set them up once and reuse them across every match of the season.
- Welcome emails to new ticket buyers
- Reminders about upcoming matches
- Follow-up surveys after the final whistle
BILLETTO ADVERTISING
Reach new fans, pay only for tickets sold
Activate Billetto Advertising on a match and decide how many extra tickets you want to sell. Billetto builds the campaigns from your event page and promotes them across Google, Meta, Billetto and email. If there are no sales, you don’t pay for the marketing.
- No digital marketing expertise needed
- Clear results and reporting directly in your Billetto account
- On average, organisers sell around 20% more tickets with Billetto Advertising
FROM THE COURT

Clubs, venues and organisers in 14 countries sell their tickets on Billetto.
- Football
- Indoor sports & arenas
- Races & motorsport
- Clubs & associations
Run a whole season from one account
Sell the season pass first, then every fixture as it is scheduled.
- Season passes as yearly or monthly memberships, with a renewal option for last season’s holders
- A sections and floors chart for your stands, reused for every home match
- Organiser keys for stewards at every gate
How a season starts
The season pass goes on sale as a membership, with a separate renewal option for fans who held one last season. Fixtures follow as events on the same stadium chart, and parking is sold as an add-on next to every match ticket.
Fill the arena for every home game
For basketball, handball, volleyball, ice hockey and other indoor sports.
- Reserved seating, VIP or general admission
- An account widget on your club website that lists every home game
- Access control with multiple zones, roles and entry permissions
How a home game is sold
Fans find the next home game in the widget on the club website and buy in a pop-up checkout without leaving the page. At the door, the scan-in tracker shows how many are left by ticket type or entrance.
Sell every grandstand and race day
Built for circuits, races and other events spread across a large area.
- A zones chart for race tracks, with one zone per grandstand or area
- Day tickets and weekend tickets on sale side by side
- Parking sold as an add-on with stock shared across the weekend
How a race weekend is set up
The circuit is drawn once as zones. Each race day goes on sale with its own ticket types, and an account-level add-on shares one parking stock across all days.
Memberships, camps and club events
For local clubs and associations that sell more than match tickets.
- Yearly, monthly or one-time memberships, paid by card
- Recurring events with time slots for camps, courses and tournaments
- Automated emails that welcome, remind and follow up
How a club year runs
Members join with a membership that renews on its own. Camps go on sale as recurring events with a calendar on the event page, and automated emails welcome new members and remind them before each session.
