What registering for your show looks like to visitors
Send invitations by email or text message, or post the registration link wherever you already talk to your audience. Booking and paying on a phone takes just a few taps. Billetto handles the reminders in the run-up to opening day, your team checks people in at the show, and afterwards the same visitors can be invited back to your next one. You manage the whole thing from one dashboard.
Every booking lands in a single visitor list showing who’s coming, which ticket they’ve got and their answers to your booking questions, such as company, job title or industry. Visitors who find your show on the Billetto marketplace book through the same checkout and appear on the same list.

Trade, public and exhibitor tickets, each set up on its own terms
Create whichever ticket types your show calls for: trade visitor passes, public day tickets, early-bird prices, VIP admission and free passes for stand staff and exhibitors. Set a price, an allocation and a sales period for each one, and the sales overview shows how many of each are left.
Keep the trade and public days separate, put exhibitor passes behind a code, and hand out a unique code to each partner and media outlet so you can see which ones drive registrations. Time-limited offers reward people who sign up early, without cutting the price of the whole show.
What you get as a trade show organiser
- Early-bird offers: a dedicated price, allocation and closing date for visitors who register in good time
- Exhibitor and partner codes: unlock hidden exhibitor passes or discounted partner rates, and track which code each registration used
- Group and company discounts: the price per ticket drops as the order grows, handy when a business sends a whole team
- Booking questions: collect company, job title, industry or anything else at checkout or after purchase
- Add-ons: let visitors add parking, food and drink or a printed guide to the show in the same order
- Allocated seating: a seating plan for the main stage and the conference rooms beside the exhibition floor
- Entry control: scanning by phone, handheld scanners for busy entrances and zones with separate access rights across larger venues
- Booking on your own website: embed registration in a WordPress, Squarespace or Wix site and match it to your brand colours
- Emails and texts: invite past visitors back and schedule messages to go out ahead of opening day and after the show
- Booking changes: resend or refund a ticket, or put it in another name when a different colleague is coming
- Finance reports: payouts, fees, ticket income and VAT together for your accounts team
- Team access: give colleagues, door staff and partners access only to the areas they need

Get in front of people who haven’t heard of you
If your show is open to the public, it also appears on the Billetto marketplace. After booking, buyers automatically follow your organiser profile, so your next show starts its pre-sale with an audience that already knows you.
Advertising you only pay for when it sells
Billetto Advertising promotes your show through ads on Google, Meta and Billetto and in newsletters, and you’re charged only for the tickets those ads actually sell. Organisers who use it see their ticket sales rise by around 20% on average.
Your customers stay your customers
Sell on the Billetto marketplace, on your show’s own website, or both. Billetto helps new buyers find you, while your existing visitors and exhibitors remain your own contacts.
More time for the show itself
Let Billetto’s AI write a first draft of the event description and suggest a ticket price, while visitor reminders go out on their own. That frees up time for your exhibitors, suppliers and the floor plan.
Personal support and early payouts for bigger shows
Getting started costs nothing, and when you need help, a real person replies by email or picks up the phone on weekdays. If you sell 1,000 tickets or more each year, the Growth plan gives you a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and most of your ticket income is paid out before the doors open, so hall hire and staffing are easier to cover.

You pay a small fee for each ticket sold, and there’s no subscription or setup fee. By default the fee is added on top of the ticket price, though you can include it in your price instead so visitors see one total. Free tickets carry no fee at all. Current rates are on our pricing page. Selling over 1,000 tickets annually? Talk to us about tailored Growth plan terms.
Sign up for a free account, enter the dates, venue and capacity, pick your ticket types and publish. Share the link to your event page in newsletters, on social media, in emails to exhibitors and with past visitors, and Billetto deals with taking payment, delivering tickets and sending reminders. You can also take registrations straight from your own website with the checkout widget.
Yes, if you want it to be. Billetto takes no fee on free tickets, and trade visitors still get a proper ticket, a reminder before the show and quick entry at the door. Add booking questions to capture their company and job title along the way.
Yes. Trade day tickets and public day tickets can be sold side by side, with a separate price, capacity and sales period for each. Passes for speakers, exhibitors and staff can be free and kept out of public view, so only people with your code can book them.
Yes. Create each day as a separate date so visitors can pick the one they want, and up to five dates can go into a single checkout. For a pass that covers the whole show, set up a membership linked to every day, and pass holders scan the QR code from their membership on the way in each day.
Yes. Add booking questions about company, job title, industry or whatever else you need to know. They can be shown at checkout, straight after purchase or in an automated reminder email, and each answer is stored with the booking.
Your door team scan QR tickets or search by name using the Billetto check-in app, which runs on their own phones. Everyone on the doors can scan at the same time, and you can watch arrivals come in live for each ticket type and entrance. Handheld barcode scanners are an option for busy entrances, and at larger venues you can create zones with their own access rights. See the check-in page for the details.
Yes. Connect a card terminal to a phone or tablet and you have a ticket desk at the entrance, powered by Billetto POS. Walk-up and online sales count against one shared capacity, so the hall can’t be oversold.
Yes. Add the Billetto checkout widget and visitors register in a secure window on your own site, without being sent anywhere else. The widget supports WordPress, Squarespace and Wix, can match your brand’s colours and fonts, and lets you remove the Billetto branding.
Yes. Hand out unique promo codes to partners, media and exhibitors, or set up offers tied to particular email addresses, and cap the number of uses per code. Each code is tracked, so you can see which partner brought in which registrations.
Visitors can pay by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with local options such as iDEAL, MobilePay, Swish and Vipps also available in some countries. Paying with a phone wallet keeps mobile checkout quick.
Your refund policy is your call. Tickets can be refunded, resent or moved to someone else from the back office, so a colleague can come instead without booking again.
Yes. You can give partners a real-time view of ticket sales that keeps sensitive data hidden. On your own dashboard you follow sales and arrivals live, and reports on revenue, fees, VAT and payouts can be downloaded at any time or emailed to you automatically.
Billetto pays you between 3 and 5 working days after the show closes, with a statement of revenue and fees. Growth plan customers can receive most of their ticket revenue before opening day, which makes upfront costs such as hall hire easier to manage.
