From first booking to a full class
Creative studios, cooking schools, wellness teachers and makers use Billetto to replace booking spreadsheets, DMs and bank transfers with one booking flow that takes payment, sends tickets and keeps the attendee list up to date. It works as your class booking system, ticket shop and attendee list in one, whether you run a single masterclass or a full weekly timetable.

A ticketing platform proven at scale

Walk-ins on the day? Take card payments
Workshop check-in on any phone
Helpers get only the access they need
Attendance and revenue side by side
Online workshop registration, from invite to follow-up
Announce new dates by email and SMS, share your booking link anywhere and let people pay in a few taps on their phone. Reminders go out automatically before the session, you check everyone in on the day, and afterwards a follow-up invites them back for the next class. It all runs from one dashboard.
Every booking lands in the same attendee list, so you always know who’s coming, what they ordered and how they answered your booking questions. When a class sells out, you can tell past attendees about the next date before anyone else.

Ticket types for every kind of class
Drop-in tickets, early-bird places, member prices, group discounts and free places for assistants. Every ticket type has its own price, capacity and sales window, and you can see what’s sold and what’s left at a glance, so the next date can open before this one fills up.
Price each place your way: a single drop-in session, a discounted early-bird place, a members-only rate or a group rate for friends and colleagues who book together. Promo codes and scheduled offers let you fill the last few seats without discounting the whole class.
What’s included for workshop hosts
- Early-bird prices and promo codes: reward early bookers and returning students with a price, quantity and sales window of their own
- Group discounts: the more places someone books in one order, the bigger the discount, ideal for friends, families and team outings
- Recurring sessions: repeat a class on a schedule, show every date in a calendar picker on your website and let people book up to five sessions in one checkout
- Booking questions: ask for experience level, dietary needs or anything else you need to know, during checkout or after purchase
- Add-ons: sell material kits, aprons or take-home packs alongside the ticket
- Saved venues: reuse your studio, kitchen or classroom address every time you add a new date
- Gift cards: digital gift cards with a fixed or flexible value, valid for 36 months and sold from your profile or your own website
- Memberships: monthly or one-off memberships, with members-only tickets for your regulars
- Booking on your own website: an embeddable checkout for WordPress, Squarespace or Wix, styled to match your brand
- Reminders and follow-ups: automatic messages before and after each session, plus email and SMS campaigns to past attendees
- Payouts and reporting: sales, fees, VAT and payouts in one place, ready for your accountant
- Team access: give co-hosts, assistants and your accountant access to only the parts they need
Why workshop hosts sell their tickets on Billetto
A booking form collects names. Billetto also helps you fill the class.
Whether you teach a weekly pottery class, a one-off cooking workshop, a candle-making evening or a weekend photography course, you get booking, payment and promotion in one place, with nothing to pay before tickets sell.
It works for every kind of hands-on session: pottery and ceramics, painting and drawing, cooking and baking, floristry, yoga and wellness, photography, crafts and DIY, dance and music lessons, as well as professional workshops and training days.

An audience beyond your regulars
Public workshops are also listed in Billetto’s marketplace. Everyone who books starts following you automatically, so each class gives the next one a head start.
Promotion that’s paid for by results
With Billetto Advertising, your workshop is promoted on Google, Meta, Billetto and in email newsletters, and you only pay for the tickets those ads sell. Organisers who use it sell around 20% more tickets on average.
Your students stay yours
Sell through Billetto, on your own site or both. You reach Billetto’s buyers while keeping your own customers and the relationship you have with them.
Less time on admin
Billetto’s AI helps you write the workshop description and recommends a ticket price, and reminders go out to attendees on their own, so your time goes into teaching rather than your inbox.
Cash flow for materials and rent
There’s nothing to pay upfront, and a real person answers when you email or call on weekdays. Once you pass 1,000 tickets a year, the Growth plan adds a Customer Success Manager and pays out most of the revenue before the workshop takes place, so materials and studio rent are covered.
Workshop booking questions, answered
Straight answers for studios, makers and teachers planning their next class. Can’t find yours? Speak to our team.
Nothing upfront: there’s no subscription and no setup fee. Billetto earns a small fee on each ticket sold, which is added to the ticket price for the buyer as standard, or you can absorb it so attendees see one all-in price. Free workshops cost nothing to run. Current rates are on the pricing page, and organisers selling more than 1,000 tickets a year can get custom terms on the Growth plan.
Create a free Billetto account, add your workshop with the date, place, capacity and ticket types, and publish it. You get an event page you can share in your newsletter, on social media or in a message to past students, and payments, tickets and reminders are handled for you. If you have a website, you can add the checkout widget so people book without leaving it.
No. Every workshop gets its own event page, and your organiser profile lists all your upcoming dates, gift cards and memberships in one place. Share the link wherever your audience is. If you do have a website, the checkout widget works with WordPress, Squarespace and Wix.
Create a free account, add the date, place, capacity and ticket types, publish, and you can be taking bookings the same day. If you’d like a hand, our team answers by email and phone on weekdays, or you can book a meeting to walk through your setup together.
Yes. Set up a session once and repeat it on a schedule or on the dates you pick in a calendar. Recurring classes can be shown in a calendar picker on your website, a full programme can be listed as a calendar, list or button grid that updates when you add new dates, and people can book up to five sessions in one checkout.
Give every session a capacity. Places sold online and walk-ins sold on the day with Billetto POS come from one shared pool, so once the class is full it shows as sold out. If someone can’t come, you can reassign their ticket to a friend instead of selling an extra place.
Yes. Booking questions let you collect the details you need, such as names, addresses or the answers to your own questions. You choose whether they’re asked during checkout, after purchase or in an automatic email reminder, and the answers stay with the order.
Yes. Create early-bird ticket types with their own price and sales window, promo codes for returning students or partners, and group offers where the discount grows with the number of places booked in one order. Offers can be scheduled in advance so they start and stop on their own.
Yes. Create digital gift cards with a fixed value or let customers choose an amount within limits you set. Gift cards are valid for 36 months and can be bought from your Billetto organiser profile or through the gift card widget on your own website.
Yes. Add-ons let you sell extras alongside the ticket, such as a material kit, an apron or a take-home pack, so you know exactly what to prepare before people arrive.
Yes. Free workshops cost nothing to run on Billetto. You still get registration, tickets, reminders and check-in, so you know exactly how many people to expect.
Card payments with Visa and Mastercard, wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and PayPal. Organisers selling in other countries can also offer local methods such as MobilePay, Swish, Vipps and iDEAL. With a wallet, booking a place on a phone takes a few taps.
You decide your own refund terms. From the back office you can refund a ticket, resend it or reassign it to someone else, so a friend can take the place without buying a new ticket.
Payouts arrive 3 to 5 working days after your workshop ends, with a full breakdown of revenue and fees. On the Growth plan you can receive ticket revenue before the workshop takes place, which helps with materials and studio rent.
