Sports club ticketing: season tickets, fixtures and match days

All your club’s sales under one roof
Season tickets, fixture tickets, add-ons and entry on match day are usually spread across separate systems. Billetto keeps them in a single account, alongside the supporters buying them. Here’s how club ticketing looks inside Billetto
SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets that renew themselves
Your season ticket is sold as a membership covering whichever of your matches you pick. Supporters pay by card on an annual or monthly basis, and automatic renewal means there’s no need to remember to rebuy.
- A one-off ticket that doesn’t renew, or a subscription billed annually or monthly
- Online purchases paid by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay included
- Cancel or pause a supporter’s subscription for them
FIXTURES
All your fixtures on sale in one list
Set up every match as a separate event, with its own ticket types and capacity, or group a series of games into one recurring event with a single calendar on its event page. Sales for each fixture are shown in your events list.
- A separate event for each match, or a single recurring event using time slots
- Filter events by date, city, venue and membership
- Sales versus capacity, fixture by fixture
SEATING PLANS
One map of your ground, every seat on sale
Allocate seats in every stand, front row to VIP, with general admission alongside. Once your ground is saved in the Venue Selector, the same layout works for every home game.
- Seated stands and indoor arenas mapped in sections and floors
- Zones covering terraces and other open standing areas
- One saved layout for all your fixtures
CLUB SHOP, PARKING AND ADD-ONS
More than just a match ticket
Sell parking, food and drink, and club gear alongside every match ticket. Add-ons can be set up for a single match or at account level, with stock shared over the whole season.
- Add-ons for one match, or account-wide with a shared stock
- See at a glance how many of each add-on have sold and how many are left
- Season tickets and gift cards, all from the same box office
MATCH DAY
Get supporters through the turnstiles
Choose how each turnstile scans tickets, give stewards and ticket office staff the access they need, and take sales on the day using POS or Billetto’s own apps.
- Let one ticket be scanned several times, or scan supporters out automatically when they scan back in
- Stewards get an organiser key, so your account password stays with you
- Track who’s arrived by entrance or ticket type, scanning on iOS and Android
YOUR CLUB’S WEBSITE
Sell tickets straight from your club’s website
Paste the widget into your site and supporters buy in a checkout that pops up on your own page, with no redirect. Your fixture list appears in the account widget as a calendar, list or buttons, and it updates whenever a new match is added.
- Just paste in a code snippet, no coding required
- Compatible with Squarespace, Wix and WordPress.org
- Buttons in your own colours and fonts
SUPPORTER EMAILS
Bring supporters back between fixtures
Build reusable emails and choose at which point in the event lifecycle each one goes out. Set it all up once, then use the same emails for every game this season.
- A welcome email for every new ticket buyer
- Reminders before the next match
- Post-match surveys once the final whistle has gone
BILLETTO ADVERTISING
Find new supporters and only pay per ticket sold
Switch on Billetto Advertising for a match and set the number of extra tickets you’d like to sell. Billetto uses your event page to build the campaigns, then promotes them by email and on Google, Meta and Billetto. No sales means no marketing cost for you.
- You don’t need to be a digital marketing expert
- Results and reports shown clearly in your Billetto account
- Organisers using Billetto Advertising sell roughly 20% more tickets, on average
COURTSIDE
With Billetto, we could build an e-commerce platform without any previous know-how or tying up significant resources.
Proven ticketing at scale
Across 14 countries, clubs, venues and organisers use Billetto to sell tickets.- Football
- Arenas & indoor sports
- Motorsport & racing
- Associations & local clubs
Your entire season in a single account
Open season ticket sales first, then each fixture as soon as it’s scheduled.
- Season tickets as annual or monthly memberships, with renewal open to last season’s ticket holders
- Your stands mapped once as a sections and floors chart, used again for each home game
- An organiser key for the stewards on each turnstile
Kicking off a new season
Season tickets go on sale first as a membership, and supporters who had one last season get their own renewal option. The fixtures then follow, set up as events using the same stadium chart, with a parking add-on available next to each match ticket.
A full arena, home game after home game
Suits basketball, volleyball, handball, ice hockey and any other indoor sport.
- General admission, VIP or allocated seats
- Your club website’s account widget, listing every home game
- Entry permissions, roles and multiple zones for access control
Selling a home game
Supporters see the next home fixture on the club’s site, in the widget, and buy through a pop-up checkout without ever leaving the page. The scan-in tracker at the door counts how many are still to come in, split by entrance or ticket type.
Every race day and grandstand, sold
Made for circuits, race meetings and other events that cover a large area.
- Race tracks drawn as a zones chart, one zone for each grandstand or area
- Day and weekend tickets sold alongside each other
- A parking add-on, with a single stock for the whole weekend
Setting up a race weekend
You draw the circuit as zones just once. Every race day then goes on sale with ticket types of its own, while a single account-level add-on spreads one parking stock over all the days.
Camps, club events and memberships
Local clubs and associations whose sales go beyond match tickets.
- Card-paid memberships: one-off, monthly or annual
- Camps, tournaments and courses set up as recurring events, each with time slots
- Automated emails for welcomes, reminders and follow-ups
A year at the club
Members join on a self-renewing membership. Camps are sold as recurring events and show a calendar on their event page. Automated emails greet newcomers and remind them before every session.
