STEP 1Monitor

All your events and sales, live on one screen

One live dashboard follows ticket sales for all of your events, channels and campaigns. For each event, you can see revenue, transaction costs and payout next to each other.

  • Revenue for today, the past 7 days and the past 30 days
  • Total payout and number of tickets sold, narrowed down by period and event status
  • Download your list of events showing revenue, costs and payout for each one
Explore finance tools
STEP 2Reporting

Run a report right away or have it emailed on a schedule

Create a report whenever you need one, or set it up to land in your inbox at regular intervals. For whatever period you pick, the accounting report sets out the full financial picture of your events: revenue split by ticket and add-on type, several VAT rates and each sales channel.

  • Ticket sales by date range, between any start and end date you choose
  • Transactional reports per order or on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
  • An account daily sales report covering web and POS orders, going to whichever recipients you pick
Browse the reports
STEP 3Payouts

See what is due to you before it reaches your bank

The balance and payouts view tracks how your account balance moves over time, period by period and across all payment channels: what you have earned, less what has been paid out. Each payout comes with a receipt itemising your revenue and fees in full.

  • Flip between monthly and daily figures for earnings and payouts
  • Give each event its own payout reference so your accounts team can match it up
  • With prepayment on the Growth plan, your balance can be accessed 2 working days after ticket sales have finished

Prepayment is charged as a standard transaction fee of 1% + VAT. For your first two weeks, payouts are usually available 5 working days after the order date.

ACCOUNTS

Keep the books up to date

Reports that suit your bookkeeping

For any period you select, the accounting report sets out the full financial picture of your events. It splits revenue by ticket and add-on type, handles several VAT rates and shows what each sales channel brought in. In line with standard bookkeeping practice, costs appear as positive entries and revenue as negative entries.

Match every payout to its event

Give each event its own payout reference (letters and digits only) and your accountants can quickly spot and reconcile each payout by event. A receipt itemising revenue and fees comes with every payout.

MEMBERSHIPS & GIFT CARDS

Membership income, paid out on its own cycle

Money from memberships follows a monthly payout schedule of its own, kept apart from your regular event payouts.

Follow membership sales, completed payments and the payments you can expect next. The gift card redemption tracker shows what is selling and what is trending, so you know what to promote next.
