Ticketing software for the whole event lifecycle
From the first on-sale to the final payout, Billetto brings together the separate tools many organisers juggle: one to sell, one to scan, a spreadsheet for finance and an agency for marketing.

Sell more with advertising you only pay for when tickets sell
An audience of more than 6 million ticket buyers
Public events appear in Billetto’s marketplace across 14 European countries. Every order and follower is saved to your contacts, so each on-sale can start with an audience that already knows you.
Growth plan organisers are also eligible for premium placement on Billetto’s homepage.
Pay-per-sale advertising
Billetto Advertising runs campaigns for your events across Google, Meta, Billetto and email newsletters, paid only from the tickets those campaigns sell. On average, organisers who use it see ticket sales rise by around 20%.
Campaigns planned with you
On the Growth plan, we plan manual ad campaigns and tailored email marketing with you around your calendar.
Turn more visitors into buyers with a smooth, secure checkout
A smooth, secure checkout for buyers on any device, with card payments and local methods such as MobilePay in Denmark, Swish in Sweden, Vipps in Norway and Klarna.
Sell on your own website with the checkout widget, on Billetto’s marketplace, or both. Every order and buyer is saved to your contacts.
Release every allocation at the right price and time
Run day tickets, multi-day passes, VIP, early-bird and partner allocations side by side, each with its own price, capacity and timing. The sales overview shows what is left of each ticket type.
Give selected buyers special access or discounts with codes and private links, schedule offers that reward early bookers and use seating charts for seated shows.
Turn one-off visitors into members who renew automatically
Create monthly, annual or one-off memberships and season passes with your own price and benefits. Connect them to the events members can attend, and members use their membership QR code at every visit.
Recurring payments are charged automatically, and you can track membership sales, successful payments and upcoming payments in your account.

How a show night runs on Billetto
Tickets go on sale on your website and on Billetto’s marketplace at the same time. On the night, door staff scan QR tickets on phones or handheld scanners, the box office sells the last places on a card terminal, and you follow arrivals live. The next morning, finance downloads the sales and payout report.

Day tickets, multi-day passes and VIP tickets from one event, with several scanners working at once across your entrances.
- Early-bird and tiered releases with their own capacity
- Partner and promoter codes with sales tracked to each
- Organiser keys for scanning crews, so nobody needs your password
- Pay-per-sale advertising across Google, Meta and Billetto
How a festival runs on Billetto
The early-bird release opens with a code for last year’s guests, then general sale goes live on the marketplace and in campaigns. Partners follow their own sales without seeing sensitive data. At the gates, crews scan with an organiser key instead of your password, and the scan-in tracker shows arrivals as the site fills up.
Ticketing for museums and attractions
Time slots, memberships and season passes, desk sales and entrance scanning, all in one account.
- Time slots and entry windows for tours, talks and sessions
- Monthly, annual or one-off memberships linked to events
- Billetto POS at the reception desk
- Season passes covering a selection of events
How a weekend runs on Billetto
Guided tours sell online as time slots. Members show their membership QR code at the entrance and walk-in visitors pay at the desk, with both in the same reports. On Monday the team sees which tours sold out and plans next month’s programme.
Ticketing for promoters and agencies
Many events, artists and clients in one place, with clear sales tracking for everyone who helps you sell.
- Promoter links and codes with sales tracked to each
- Street teams selling from their own devices and earning commissions
- Partner access without sensitive details
- Billetto Advertising, paid only from tickets it sells
How a tour on-sale runs on Billetto
Each date goes live with its own ticket types and capacity. Promoters and ambassadors share their own links, and you see in real time who is driving sales. Partners follow the numbers they need, and every buyer is saved to your contacts, so the next tour starts with an audience.

- Separate ticket types for delegates, exhibitors and visitors
- Promo codes and private links for partners and sponsors
- Free registrations for speakers and partners
- Live check-in data by ticket type and entrance
How a conference runs on Billetto
Registration opens with an early-bird rate and private codes for partners. At the venue, check-in staff scan QR tickets at several entrances, and the scan-in tracker shows who has arrived and how many are still to come.
Ticketing for organisations and institutions
Associations, universities and public bodies running many events across departments, with one checkout and one set of reports.
- Free and paid registrations side by side
- Member prices behind a code
- Separate access for each department and for finance
- Reports that download or arrive by email automatically
How a semester runs on Billetto
Each department publishes its own lectures, open days and events from the same account. Members book with their code, staff register for free, and finance sees every event’s sales, fees and payouts in one place instead of chasing separate spreadsheets.

Billetto is self-service, so you can create an account and set up events yourself. For enterprise programmes with several teams, venues or integrations, we agree a timeline with you after the discovery call, usually starting with your next on-sale rather than events already on sale.
