Although June has brought varied weather, it hasn’t slowed down the event calendar one bit, and we’re hoping to bring that same energy into July.
At Billetto, June was all about making events easier for organisers. From simplifying bookkeeping to improving event reporting and introducing smarter features designed to make event creation and execution even smoother, we’ve been busy building tools to support your success during the busiest event months of the year.
Whether you’re planning summer festivals, workshops, classes, or community gatherings, these updates are designed to save you time and help you stay in control.
News & updates from June
A new accounting system designed to save you time
We know bookkeeping is rarely the highlight of running events. That’s exactly why we’ve introduced our new Accounting Report, designed to give you a complete financial overview of your events in one simple export.
This new report makes it easier to reconcile your revenue, costs, payouts, and VAT without needing to piece together data from multiple systems. It supports multiple VAT rates and combines data from Billetto, Adyen, Stripe Connect, and organiser-managed sales, providing a single, reliable source of truth.
Instead of spending hours sorting spreadsheets, you can now generate a full report by simply selecting your date range and entering your email. We’ll do the rest.
For organisers managing multiple events, this means less admin, fewer mistakes, and more time focusing on what matters: creating great experiences.
Why it matters:
- Full financial overview in one export
- Multiple VAT rates supported
- Consolidated reporting across payment providers
- Faster and easier reconciliation

Summarise your event with the Event Sales report
Alongside the accounting report, we’re also launching the Event Sales Summary Report.
While the accounting report gives you the bigger picture, this new report focuses on individual events, making it easier to evaluate performance at a glance.
It provides a simple yet comprehensive financial summary that covers ticket sales, costs, earnings, and payout details across all your revenue channels.
Whether you want to review how your latest event performed, compare profitability across events, or prepare for stakeholder reporting, this tool gives you quick access to the numbers you need.
The report can be generated anytime by heading to:
Manage → Finance → Payout Reports
It’s there whenever you need it, before, during, or after your event.
→ Check your reports and get clearer event insights now.
Billetto Basket: making multi-event sales easier

We’ve also launched Billetto Basket for a select group of organisers.
This feature allows your ticket buyers to add tickets for up to five different events by the same organiser into a single order.
That means if you’re running a series of workshops, classes, or recurring events, your audience can purchase multiple tickets in a single checkout instead of completing separate transactions each time.
For organisers, this creates a smoother buying experience and opens up new opportunities to increase average order value without adding any extra work.
Fewer barriers at checkout often mean more conversions, and Billetto Basket is designed exactly for that.

Coming soon to Billetto
Memberships are becoming more visible
We’re making memberships much more visible throughout the event journey.
Soon, organisers will be able to promote memberships directly on event pages and ticket pages with a clear “Become a member” call-to-action during checkout.
This gives ticket buyers an easier way to discover your membership benefits and sign up while already in buying mode.
We’re also introducing clearer event labels for membership discounts and special offers, helping users instantly understand when exclusive deals are available.
This means:
- Better visibility for your memberships
- More conversions at checkout
- Clearer communication of member benefits
- A smoother user journey
For organisers looking to build loyal communities and recurring revenue, this is a big step forward.

Behind the scenes at Billetto
As summer arrives and the holiday season begins, we’ve also been taking time to celebrate across the Billetto team.
In Denmark, the team kicked off summer by joining the iconic Distortion street party, followed by tapas, good company, and a competitive dart tournament to finish the evening.
Meanwhile, our Spanish office celebrated with a private boat party before heading to dinner by the beach at sunset, not a bad way to welcome summer.
These moments remind us that events aren’t just what we help create; they’re also a huge part of our own culture.
And as always, they inspire us to keep building better tools for organisers like you.
Here’s to a busy summer season
Summer is one of the most exciting times for live events, and we know many of you are preparing for packed calendars in the weeks ahead.
Our goal remains simple: to make organising easier, smarter, and more profitable for you.
With improved reporting, easier bookkeeping, better checkout experiences, and stronger membership tools on the way, we’re committed to helping you make the most of every event.
We wish you an amazing summer filled with sold-out events, happy attendees, and plenty of unforgettable moments.
