Go to My Billetto → Giftcard and complete the one-time setup. Once enabled, you can create your first gift card with a fixed value or flexible amount range.

Add a name, description, and images to make your gift card reflect your brand and attract buyers.

Your gift card appears on your public Billetto profile, where customers can purchase it online without logging in.

Recipients apply their gift card at checkout when buying tickets for any of your events on Billetto.

Billetto Gift Cards give event organisers another way to sell their events and experiences. Once your gift cards are created, customers can find and purchase them directly from your public Billetto organiser profile. You can also add the Billetto gift card widget to your own website and sell gift cards there.

Gift cards are automatically set with a 36-month validity period, giving recipients plenty of time to choose an event or experience. Gift cards can also be partially redeemed, allowing any remaining balance to be used for a later purchase while the card remains valid.

From your Billetto account, you can see the total value of gift cards sold, remaining gift card balances and redemption status, making it easy to keep track of your gift card activity.

A 3.49% processing fee including VAT applies to each gift card sold.
